New Orleans Athletic Club Announces “Community Outreach” Winter Program.
It Continues Culturally-Focused Mission to Connect Diverse Communities. (December 1, 2014, New Orleans) Mike Walters, Manager of the New Orleans Athletic Club, today announced the fall line-up for a new lecture series at the historic club on North Rampart Street. “As we’ve transitioned from an all-male, Edwardian-era ‘traditional’ institution to one of the most diverse and cutting-edge facilities in the South,” said Mr. Walters, we’re proud to extend to our members, their guests and the larger public a forum for discussions about our city. We hope our open policies for speakers and guests will provide a new kind of platform for a new kind of New Orleans.” To learn more on how you can be a part of our out reach program click here.
