Spinning present...The Fall 2009 Biggest Winner Challenge!!

Begins September 13, 2009!

Are you ready for the challenge?
Are you willing to commit?
Are you willing to be disciplined?

It's a 12 week program starting Sunday, September 13th and ending Saturday, December 12th, 2009. The initial screenings will start Tuesday, September 1st and run through Saturday, September 12th. Exact times will be posted soon.

Anyone can participate. Participants will also have access to www.fitnessfix10.com for contest updates.
Club member fee $60.00. Fee can be paid in full or over 3 months.

Participants will be measured in the following areas:

1. Weight
2. Body Fat%
3. Skeletal Muscle%
4. Visceral Fat%
5. BMI%

Participants will accumulate points by:

1. Attending spin classes (points given on no more than 4 spin classes per week)
2. Working with a personal trainer
3. Working with a lifestyle coach
4. RMR Test (Resting Metabolic Rate)
5. Meal plans by registered dietician based on RMR (34 categories to choose from)
6. VO2 Test

Our focus will be on being balanced in the following areas:

1. Cardio at least 3 times a week
2. Weight training at least 2 times a week (with or without a trainer)
3. Nutrition and eating healthy
